INTERMITTENT FASTING It will help you the most in weight loss because by doing this you will automatically come into calorie deficit. Intermittent fasting is scientifically proven method for weight loss in which we have to fast for 12 or 16 hours in the day, as if you have dinner at 10 o’clock in the night. You cannot eat anything before 10 o’clock in the morning, this will be 12 hours of fasting. If you eat food at 4 o’clock, then there will be 16 hours of fasting. It is very difficult in the beginning, but gradually increasing the time will become your habit. This will increase and improve your metabolism and your mental focus will also increase which will help you a lot in daily life. REMEMBER Intermittent fasting is not magic, you must have the discipline to follow it regularly.
Protein and fiber are your best friends in your fat loss journey because both of them keep your stomach full for a long time. The thermal effect of protein digests the food slowly and fiber keeps you full for a long time and is beneficial for our gut health. For protein we can eat eggs, chicken, cheese, milk, curd, tofu, tempeh, sprouts and for fiber, we can eat green vegetables like spinach, bottle gourd, round gourd, pumpkin best for your gut health and keeps you full for a long time, especially if you want to make your work easier And if you want more protein in less calories then take whey protein because it will give you premium quality protein and will be easy to digest. If you walk 10 to 12 thousand steps daily, then it will protect you from many diseases and also from obesity. And we all are human beings, we all want to eat something unhealthy so you can eat some because due to cardio you will remain in calorie deficit because you will create that deficit by burning calories and you can have guilty free cheat meal.
ALWAYS PRIORITIZE SLEEP is very important not only for weight loss but for everything, mental health, physical health, everything depends more on sleep. If you have not slept properly then you will not be able to do anything properly, especially if goal is muscle building and fat loss, then it is very important for you to get enough sleep. The schedule of all of us is very bad nowadays, due to this we are not able to get complete sleep, but you have to ensure that you take at least 7 hours of deep sleep.
